How To change the toolbar icons of IDM - new !

Most of you may not know that we actually can change the toolbar of IDM
or internet download manager !Even you can do it in less than 2 minutes !the working is simple too , there are two files , a *tbi file and *bmp file ,this together makes a ' toolbar ' files for IDM
So , what you gotta do is that just download the file from the belowSee the instructions and do as it tells you to do ...If you are an expert in computers , then it would take 1 minute or less !not an expert ? well , it will take a bit long , thats all ! good luck !
Download from Server 1 or Server 2 , you choice ;-)
